Return Items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, it should be returned back to us within 30 days of purchase for replacement. We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” reason.

Refunds

In accordance with the Trade Practices Act, refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order.

Postage Credit

Domestic Shipments

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.

International Shipments

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.
